48 hours to Ketosis --- The Benefits of Fasting, Before & After, Keto trick

According to this timeline A metabolic switch occurs after ruffly 48 hours.  I'm sure this varies on how healthy a person's health is and also their last meals..

It appears that as soon as you eat something that turns to sugar your system will go into glucose burning mode and fat will be spared. Although some eat a keto diet after fasting to stay in ketosis, but I contend anything you eat will turn to glucose.. Fasting is the most efficient, but once you break it, you'll have to start the cycle over again and it can take some time to get back into fat burning mode. 
























According to this timeline, after approximately 72 hours, the ketone index will hit near a maximum or what's stated as the 'therapeutic zone'. Fat burning mode occurs after glucose is depleated... Glucose appears to dramatically drop after ruffly 24 hours and seems to tip into a strong bottoming pattern after ruffly less than 48 hours.

I've learned this while on the path to achieve a goal or just dealing with people in business or social occasions---

Yes Social Occasions! 

SOCIAL OCCASIONS are important, because they set your mood.  It's also where people really try to get to you. 

It's a time you establish friendships or continue friendships and bond with people. Even just being out in public there are many EGO MANIACS  that want to mess up your day, so you won't be happy, and they practice random meanness.  It's a natural reaction to react to idiots, but not the best option.  

Here's the best things you can do to your nemesis:

#1 Rule
Never let them get to you!!
It sounds easy right?.. to just say it doesn't bother you when someone is clearly trying to make you look bad and wreck your image or reputation 
and yes there's times to address BS when they circulate rumor(s), but-----
Learn to IGNORE CRITICISM and do what's required to achieve what you are trying to achieve. If you spend all day reacting to them, you won't get much done or even enjoy yourself. Sometimes it's just best to find a better crowd if they act too poorly in a crowd of ego maniacs or superficial crowds. If you are out in public let them bounce off like flies and do what you do.

#2 Rule
Always control your emotions!!
I pick up on body language and facial expressions and I have a tendency to react since I'm a man more in tune with emotions than most men..  It is a good trait personality wise, since it makes who you are a more rounded person, but it's best to ignore any emotional cruelty that people try perpetuate..

It also makes them weak for not being able to influence you if you just ignore the ego maniacs --- mean people in general.  If they end up doing something abrupt and outrageous it will end up backfiring on them.. 

Even if they don't crumble up like a bomb they will just end up wasting all the energy on you and eventually they will just fade away.  Then you can on being yourself rather than molding yourself to what someone else thinks of you who doesn't like you in the first place. Trying to impress someone that doesn't have your best interest at heart isn't the objective in life or very spiritually fulfilling.  

Probably the greatest hurdle when trying to achieve something is the negativity that society has. But you have a right to achieve, have fun, and exist so you'll just have to deal with them. 

When you try to achieve people get jealous or even have fun, some people are just hateful and don't even like other people to exist that are a threat to their ego.. Just ignore them and don't respond to their trick to get attention drawn to themselves or let them do damage by letting their negativity tactics get to you. 

Some people study psychology or they read articles on manipulating people and trigger unfavorable emotions that everyone has within the human mind. Some are very good at it---PLAYING PSYCHOLOGY GAMES. It's the modern age and people tend to misuse knowledge or power. The more you react, the more you fall into to their process. 

SKILLED MANIPULATOR will work you in stages to really make you look bad and some are really good at controlling their own emotions because they know the game and won't blow up. Nevertheless don't feed them by reacting to how they want you to.   

Use your inner mind power and rise above it.

#3 Rule
Never worry about impressing others by what you own!!
If you have nothing to flaunt materially our SUPERFICIAL JUDGES  in society will grade you by it. That's just how it is and has always been and will likely always be that way. These superficial judges produce an image of you by what you have---not what you are.  They may make fun of you, even while you may be trying to achieve and doing good things, which makes them jealous because high frequency people resonate better without material objects and they want to flaunt things they own.  As a result they are jealous and they don't want you to secede or just enjoy what you are. Your existence is a threat to their ego. There's a lot of people out there like that, they are angry inside, some people have power too, but the LAW OF ATTRACTION in our universe will bring it back to you, by ignoring negativity and plow through it with positive energy.. If what you are doing is good---keep doing it!

#4 Rule
Never Let Past Images of a Bad Experience control your Now Moment Thinking!!
Lets face it, it's not a fair world, but letting you nemesis control your thinking even while they are not there is really letting them get to you and change your life.  Bad experiences really suck, but thinking about those people is a win for them..

If negative experience pops up in your mind---try not to think about it and learn to GET OVER IT AND MOVE FORWARD. No progress will be made in focusing on any negative or even traumatic experience.  A divorce is horrible, but think of it this way, the divorce is over with and be glad you are not with or near that person.. Same with the past experience---it's over with and this is now!  

Redirect negative experiences and focus on now moments.   

Summary---
The best thing to do is ignore the negative assholes out there and negative energy, especially while they point out some minor flaw of you or try to make you seem awkward. The bigger objective is your ultimate achievement, a dream or goal you are working on or just being you.. Those who are trying to achieve don't go through with the steps required even though they have made great progress because as you progress so does criticism and they listen to negativity or criticisms that don't apply. It's important to be a good person and as long as there's not a misunderstanding, they are probably just jealous or angry and just need to be ignored in most cases. 
So if you are happy and someone that has material things is angry they will criticize.. Ignore, ignore, ignore them! and do, do, do what you have been doing that is working for you.

TIME IS MONEY! Or is it? What about VALUE?

Being superficial does not add value to your life or anyone else. It may seem that way in the short term, but I'm in it for the life experience and today, like everyday, is just one tiny portion of my future. SHORTCUTS----DON'T SOLVE PROBLEMS. To have a good life you need to SOLVE PROBLEMS.. And TIME IS NOT MONEY, like they try to teach or push in western culture.. Adding VALUE to your life and other's isn't judged by a dollar symbol---you either do or do not. Also, this brand of western thinking about money has damaged society severely---creating shallow relationships, environmental damage, a debt based economy, and corruption.. Value is not money, it often results in money in the long term though---so focus on value and not money.
Probably the worst advice you can give a poor person is time is money..

I was thinking about this today... About money and in terms of helping people, and making improvements...

Helping people or yourself isn't always about making money...
Just imagine if whenever you talked to someone, you started a clock, and then demanded pay after the conversation.. It would be awkward in most cases, but that's actually the mindset of western culture and capitalism.. You can make more money by providing long term value and actually solving long term problems.

If you were in a field and charged a client for time that would be one thing.. But, nevertheless, the time is money concept doesn't solve a problem and it doesn't add value. 

Creating value adds value. Even if you are in a field you still have to be able to create value or solve a problem which is part of CREATING VALUE for yourself or someone else or just society in general. The result of not adding value is bad reputation, bad relationships, and ultimately demanding something that a superficial freak using the concept TIME IS MONEY does and ultimately fail in dead end jobs scraping for money to pay bills by overthinking money...  

Time is not money.  You either use your time appropriately or you expect a ship to roll in with rewards. Some people are lost in a dream and expecting unrealistic things of life.... If you are not getting paid it's because you didn't create enough value for someone else.. You may get gifts, or you may be able to get money by demand it, but it's not long lasting. You become dependent on that mindset and a slave to a clock rather than creating value and solving problems.

We live in a capitalist society and in order to survive, yes we have to have money but it is just a medium of exchange.. I used to have that mindset---time is money... and that my time is important in terms of money. It really isn't.. I can make money by creating value and providing something for my time that creates value. Rewards don't always come in the form of money either. 

Time is important, but a piece of paper should not define what task you do.. Yes, I do business.. I'm an Amazon FBA seller, but in order to make money I have to provide value.. Everything I do is not going to make money.. It will in terms of what they call passive income.. Every problem I solve puts me on the path to make money..I work in the water industry and my time creates money, but I created value by having the knowledge and then I was paid for it for the unpaid time I used in creating value for myself and society.  Was time money while I was educating myself? It was not, but people try to judge you while you are doing things that don't generate value in the long term.  That mindset about money and not value not only harms yourself it also hurts society--- because it leaves the greedy in charge if you follow them. 

With relationships in life you make friends, who you may learn from and they may learn from you.. This provides value to your life and also other people.. I know it may seem counter productive to add value to another person's life, but it is truly not.. You of course don't want to waste your time with some people and that's not the point..

Value shouldn't  be applied in terms of money... It can generate money by being able to solve problems.. Thinking of terms of ---apply a clock--- / start the timer to everything you do, causes stress and stress causes heath problems. Health problems cause thinking problems.. When you are unhealthy mentally and physically you cannot add value to your life or others if you were healthy.. Time either creates value or it doesn't.. Whether money is created in the short term is not the issue if you are in it for the long haul.. You do what you will to survive, but lose the I must get paid for every portion of life.. Promote the concept of creating value every chance you can get..

Raffinose in Kale, Cauliflower, Broccoli, and Cabbage, Causes Stomach Bloating

Cruciferous veggies, such as kale, cauliflower, broccoli and cabbage, cause bloating and gas when eaten in their raw form.... according to a google search I did..

I used to think salt was my problem, but it is not.. In fact, if you have facial bloating, it is a sign you are dehydrated.. That was my problem.. Not enough quality salt.. You don't want any type of salt, because unlike what most are taught, Not all salts are the same. Sodium is osmotic and it can upset your cellular balance if it is not a good quality salt.  Salt that is balanced with other minerals so it can be properly used by the body.. NOT TABLE SALT.....

I'm using a combination of Celtic Salt and Himalayan Salt..

Facial bloat and stomach bloat are not from the same causes. Stomach bloat is from digestive problems and one such know is the fact that many raw cruciferous vegetables have raffinose (a sugar) and our body doesn't have the ability to break it down, but can't and hydrogen is created causing gas and bloating.  Cabbage is sweeter than broccoli because it has more raffinose and thus will cause more bloating in stomach.  Raffinose can be found in beans, cabbage, brussels sprouts, broccoli, asparagus, other vegetables, and whole grains.

The good news is you can ferment your veggies and it will be digestible.

Political Disagreement Gets Intimate During Private Summit

Stardate unknown to Humans. 

Two rival Vulcan leaders meet privately and unknown to the two sides they represented.  It was to discuss disagreements that had resulted in intense political disputes that had escalated over centuries. One represented the Vulcan government and the other represented Revolutionaries

The talks progressed... The Vulcan leader accused the revolutionary leader of being too emotional and not thinking logically. The revolutionary Vulcan then said to his rival: 

"If you would loosen up a bit--- perhaps we can come to a resolution that would be good for the planet". . 
"I'm having a hard time with that", said the Vulcan leader.  

The revolutionary whipped out a drink and said:
"Lets consume a drink, so we can both relax".  

It was a drink that was illegal (Revolutionary Ale), according to strict Vulcan laws, but was often consumed by revolutionaries.
The Vulcan leader then thought: “Logic clearly dictates that the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few”.  It seemed logical.

The Vulcan leader agreed.  He gulped down the ale.

For the first time in 150 years the Vulcan leader smiled. 

The talks continued and the Vulcan leader loosed up and had more Ale. The two began agreeing in certain areas.. After about the 4th drink, things got a little intimate, and they decided the only way to fully finalize their peaceful discussion was to conduct a little pon farr.   

The effect was beginning to wear off from the Ale as the too were in the height of pon farr. The Vulcan leader began to talk logically again.. 

"It would be fitting if you had the organism first", he exclaimed.. 
The revolutionary did not want to give in so easily and they began going back and forth.  
Neither wanted to give in and release all the sexual tension that had been built up in the engagement. 

It went on for 3 days. 

Finally, the Vulcan leader gave in and had the organism on the 4th day. 
"Well there", said the revolutionary.. "It looks like you were the more emotional party in the engagement after all". 

They then began to argue as to who was the more logical of the two. 

The arguments went on for many more days. During the whole time of the meeting, a war had escalated unbeknownst to the two leaders that were in private discussions, and since their people had no one to consult for peace or war operations----
Vulcan was destroyed. Logic got the better of them!

FDA most corrupt political body, confusing the masses to line corporate profits

If truth and integrity is not important to you don't bother reading this. 

The #1 cause of death is heart attack..  

The FDA is a health regulator at the federal level of American government.

I'm still proud to live in a country where I'm free to post this and the level of corruption is not at that stage. While I'm proud to be free, I'm also ashamed at my country. 

When things are corrupt, you try to flip things over to find the truth---if you believe in truth and want a stable system and health system. You can't have one with bad regulations, unhealthy people that believe in it, and unhealthy guidelines. The FDA and information out there supports more potassium than the majority of people---including people in the government--- can possibly get. 

You just might want to be concerned here..
A first world government is not supposed to deceive its own people. But when corporations and money, plays a factor politicians get paid to lobby and they get what they want. It becomes a matter of greed.

You would have to eat around 10 bananas a day (a source considered very high in potassium) to achieve their RDA. Usually, RDA's are too low. It's like the minimum speed. But not with potassium.. Something is fishy here. Only 2% meet this need. You'd get obese and diabetic from doing this while trying to naturally eat for other RDA's..

There's so many parallels one could draw up in terms of their credibility-----

If you were to follow the RDA for Vitamin C you only have to eat 1 green bell pepper or even 1/3 of a yellow bell pepper to achieve Vitamin C's minimum. That is very easy to obtain.

To get the RDA for protein, adults 17+ would have to eat 4 steaks a day---or----7 (8 ounce) glasses of milk a day.. Or 3 high caloric McDonald's GMO Hamburgers a day.. In healthy cultures that would be considered overeating and makes most people fat and with heart disease prematurely. If you just ate that to get the protein required for an American diet, your body would crave other stuff, because the proper nutrition for other essentials is not present, so you would probably continue to eat or just live unhealthy since that's a crappy diet, but in-line with the type of high intensity calorie stuffing for protein to eat like an American.. Yes.... and do you still wonder why Americans are fat and unhealthy, and why big pharma makes so much, along with their cousins the meat and dairy industry, and while at the same time they make everyone sick and pollute the environment into extreme destruction. Remember they are health regulators..

Many traditional Asian people around the world are well known for eating rice, not being obese and they don't lead the world in heart attack prematurely. The one's that are traditional don't eat a lot of protein!

Too much potassium in your blood can lead to dangerous, and possibly deadly, changes in heart rhythm. But go ahead! Listen to the FDA, Eat lots of potassium----Eat lots of protein like they say, and don't worry about the other RDA's they have marked real low! Yep, their our friend!

Part I
Morals Of Killing A Sentient Being

When it comes to the act of killing in a 'civilized society', the reason for killing another person can be justified in terms of defense.  However, when animals are concerned----logic does not register. 

Since these sentient beings in question are defined as animals then the reason for killing becomes one of exploitation as a means of justifying and the act is diminished.  In times of slavery, they considered blacks to be less than a full human. That was the law---let that sink in.

You would think this would be obvious an obviously logical answer as to right and wrong, but we humans tend to have a way of rationalizing things, to make a wrong into a right.  Especially things that people do in mass, that are thought to be normal even though they can be determined to be either scientifically or morally wrong are justified.  All people, for example, seem to want to drive cars in mass even though it is clearly destructive to the planet..  Slavery was once practiced and considered to even be a right or just traditionally accepted.  When a wrong is bent into a right it equates to manufacturing a lie and living in a lie.

When things are done in mass that are not very intelligent, they can do a lot of damage.   There are lobbies behind pushing things that are bad for people and they are very powerful.. It's easy for them to trick, deceive, and ultimately mislead people.  Our evolution here is at stake! But, Corporate profit (the bottom line on an accounting ledger) is the only concern of powerful business people and maintaining their monopoly on a product.  This case if valid when you speak of the industry of food, nutrition, and it even parallels with the healthcare industry--which doesn't really aim to keep us healthy.

Moralistically, you would think it would be easy to prove the wrong in killing an animal and consuming it.  However, this can lead to intense debate, and suddenly the act of killing is condoned. It is amazing---if you look up the word "murder"---it only pertains to an act committed against humans.


In these debates, some of the more conscious ones will at least agree that it is wrong to kill animals, in the way they are killed through mass animal agriculture, and that something needs to be done or they will just simply pay more for their kill because they are only concerned with quality.. While others will go a step further and say---it's okay if someone hunts their own prey.  The latter at least reduces the mass murder aspect of animal farms.

 For the sake of argument, let's now compare animal bondage and slaughter, to that of slavery and mass murder... 

 History of slavery
Traditionally, it was thought owning slaves was perfectly okay, in most parts of the ancient world that led to our world today.  Many people don't even realize that slavery still goes on in these so-called 'modern times'.  Modern slavery is overlooked, because of the mighty dollar, consumerism, and because nobody sees slaves that are well hidden in foreign lands thanks to reckless globalization and blind consumerism.  If people just let things slide, you compromise morals. There's nothing moralistically right about keeping a person in chains to use as a slave.

When I see people try to rationalize killing animals for food and they come up with "it's okay if" arguments. I view it in the same light as rationalizing slave owners that claimed to "treat their slaves good," as if it wasn't so bad----considering this or that--- they just pile up the BS to rationalize exploitation of sentient beings.

It's like what part of murder aren't you getting?  But murder is not against the law (nor was owning slaves), if an animals is killed---it's not even considered murder... See you can't even use the term "murder" to sensitive meat eaters, who's ego will be hurt, their jaws drop, they act like you are crazy, or when they lose an ethical argument they start claiming how aggressive vegans are..

How dare we 'aggressive vegans' point out ethical concerns of mass murder. 

Since, there's no law against murder for animals----there's no law against mass murder either. Let that sink in. And this is pretty much globally accepted, both legally, and throughout mainstream society. Species of animals are getting eradicated, thanks in a large part due to animal agriculture because of it's toxic effects or in the case of ocean life over 4 billion sentiment beings are killed each year because of humans for the purpose of consumption. Regardless of how detrimental it gets, it doesn't seem to bother meat and dairy consumers enough to change their ways before there's no turning back and we end up living in an artificial planet that looks like the Death Star in Star Wars.. 

Many are aware of the toxic environment we live in but  are not really doing anything at the core of the problem. People are looking to future technology to save the planet, rather than change our ways to combat ignorance.

Meat is not meant for humans to consume because of health reasons.

A dead piece of flesh that is consumed is the lowest form of caloric consumption.  Foods have frequencies, they have phytochemicals and enzymes in them. I don't view meat which is dead flesh to be food.  Dead flesh has a dead frequency, while natural foods that go through the photosynthesis cycle possess energy from the sun. The dead foods or one's that are toxic are not meant for us to consume, because they make our body over acidic. 

A tiger gets to 20x the acidity levels to digest flesh from it's prey. They are natural predators genetically.  A natural flesh eater has fangs and a digestive track that is designed to get to the required acid levels.

In Theory: There is No Disease Other Than Ourselves

There is no disease. We are a disease if you will----

you don't fight a disease, there is no fight. If you fight yourself that creates more conflict to deal with.

Reprogram yourself this way----Stop fighting within.... We are natural healers, as is our Earth, when used properly.

Your body has needs ---

and the body's immune system triggers responses to needs..

In cancer, for example, it is caused by cells becoming sick from toxins that depletes the cells need for oxygen--cells need to breath, we are a chain of cells.. As a result the body's immune system triggers tumors..

You are born with every disease and disorder.

A 'disease' is your immune system response to a lack of something---- a response triggered to survive.. Responses are triggered by misusing your body by toxins and other stresses. because you have depleted something, the body needs something to deal with toxins, a toxic environment, or just a general lack of essential elements to deal with our body machine. 

Again you do not fight a disease, you give your immune system and body what it needs to manage life's essential processes and the surrounding environment you are in.

Acidic diets creates lack of oxygen to the cells and causes cancer.. 

Acid diet = meat and dairy stuff and an absents of a colorful sun diet. The plants and our sun creates colorful greens to alkalize our body and give it oxygen---plants are always creating oxygen---we couldn't live without them. Plants are part of our immune system if you will. Acidity is also caused by negative thoughts and stress and the need for more oxygen and other needs.

Medical science is cheating society by suppressing alternatives and alternative research by owning all the required facilities

It's amazing how the medical community and medical science is not doing the required research to test stuff by doing true scientific studies on drugs, nutrition, and disease in the name of health and nutrition.. That alone proves they don't care..

I know this because I continually do research. While I'm researching, I write, and journalize my own theories. I like to verify my own findings and not just go by what someone else says, but through hard science and validated scientific proof. When they only have research that is inconclusive or on rats per say --- but not on people or it's very limited --- I know they are not doing much to promote health. 

This is especially true when it comes to alternatives, which many intelligent people know work quite well. However, you cannot prove much by doing extreme things to rats for example. I was just researching salt and I found a study that was trying to prove something by giving a rat 6 times the salt it normally gets. It leads to a dead end--at least so far. 

Well yeah of course if you give 6x to a human of pretty much anything --- it will be toxic. You will get the result you want. It's not conclusive and it's not proof. And it is quite possible that the general idea of what salt can do is true, in the case of this limited salt study, but if they don't do realistic studies it is not concrete or what you want to base your knowledge from and base your diet on. 

If you want an alternative to big pharma, they have all the equipment, the ability to do the studies, use laboratories, and so on, but they won't provide good research unless it supports the drug corporations and corporations that make medical equipment. I know there are people that want to do good in the industry, but the corporate orchestrators won't allow it.  A lot of people go into the medical field with good intent, but they either get brainwashed, give up, or become an outcast. That's why you see a lot of drift off from with accredited medical people like Dr. Mercola. They have the qualifications yet are targeted as quacks for their noble work as soon as they get into the alternatives. Even with qualified people who run astray and try to prove what they can with courageous attempts to change the system, it is not close to enough. They don't run the show and there's still not enough research or availability of alternatives that do work. And what's proven to work through these courageous efforts are dismissed as quackery because it's outside the mainstream medical mafia. The core owners of the medical infrastructure are big corporations trying to make money of off illness and work against alternatives. The core owners of technology don't want to fight the core of disease---it would end their monopoly on death.

If they are trying to prove alternatives are quackery, for the sake of heal, and don't work the research should be conducted in fair scientific studies.  But the truth is many of them do work and they won't allow the use of expensive studies to be conducted.  It's expensive to small individuals, but could be conducted by the people who have the infrastructure to do it. They are also multinational to make matters worse all countries are in on this. And while you often find much better care outside the US, the monopoly is global.

They have no intent on changing the way it is, at anytime soon. We need a complete reform.

I Eat For Quality Not Quantity----Here's Why:



I eat for quality, not quantity, so I wouldn't touch anything from certain corporations that push GMO's, or promote high calorie / high protein stuff--- We don't need it!

It's a huge misconception that you need this many calories, that much protein, etc.. GMO's are just toxic--it's been well proven by the alternative communities, with very well educated people posting lots of very valid studies. If you never get the proper nutrition, your body will always be hungry, because nutrients won't absorb if they are not present, or if it's filled with toxic ingredients, also high calorie meals make it much harder for your body to absorb whatever nutritional content is available. You just don't get what's needed by the low quality ingredients---

The low grade stuff is devoid of micro nutritional elements. 

There's much more than macros: calories, protein, fats, carbohydrates, and the major vitamins and minerals everyone is familiar with. The low quality stuff doesn't even have the major vitamins and minerals, so why bother? If I were truly desperate, I would have to eat it, but most people are not starving. I avoid low quality food because I know not only is it lacking nutritionally, that my body will also become inflamed just from one bad meal. Inflammation has recently been found to be a cause of depression and disease.

Note---that I do not condone the cruelty involved in testing on animals. The research, however, stands as it has already been conducted and they have unfortunately been sacrificed. . I'm sorry on behalf of kinder humans. Bless their animals souls.

I guess the manufactures feel people don't need that stuff (the micro nutrients and quality calories) --- but the average consumer just goes along with it. Oh, thank you, mass consumerism. It seems that most have been bull whipped by the system of mass consumerism and being traditionally ignorant by routinely eating ignorantly, and the foolish belief that 'more is better' and 'fast is better' --- drive through on the fly garbage food. You see the symbolism on food packages that pretend to promote healthy eating to kids in commercials, but the foods are usually filled with toxins, high calorie low---quality ingredients, and typically loaded with refined sugar, or worse high-fructose corn syrup, or even worse toxic sugar substitutes. Parents take short cuts and don't do their own research.

A lot of young people become obese and don't understand why--- they thought they were getting quality food as advertised and their proud parents put 'food' for them on the table. Nope, they were tricked into eating high calorie toxic food laden with abnormal chemicals that often can't be pronounced, dyes --- 'food' that is damaging to the organs (unhealthy and toxic) --- GMO's that are proven to be unhealthy by alternative communities. Your liver has to process all this stuff and it makes people sick, tired, and unhealthy.  Mental health often suffers in a diet that is toxic to the body.  Quality food is essential to everything in life. 

When your 'food' doesn't have the correct chemical makeup, it's not food.  It's a caloric substitute.   

It's not too late to change your habits though. It never is---but the sooner you do, the quicker you can save your health. Stop thinking in terms of caloric load and being deceived by food that is promoted as healthy, yet it's toxic and missing the proper chemistry to be considered healthy food. 

Most people neglect the micro chemicals in food that are also essential to good health, but the micro elements are all part of the macro picture. The macros don't work alone, they need the non-caloric essentials to be effective in every process the body carries out. Enzymes and phytochemicals play a large part of our diets for those of us that eat to be healthy and are not tricked into foolish consumerism --- buying for quantity and calories. Cheaper doesn't necessarily mean you get more, it's usually not the case. The old saying goes---you get what you pay for! 

And don't forget the fiber content that is missing in an unhealthy diet. Yeah, that stuff you need to function and dispose of waste. Are you with me? Go ahead and share this to educate your friends and family.  Most likely they are in the dark.

Uh, Yeah, all that stuff you need to stay healthy, but it's devoid in mainstream modern diets, because of commercialism,  fast food, meat and dairy diets, refined food, etc.  

If you eat something bad, it's just like a tease, and your body will continually crave.  People that eat poorly are always hungry. Thermodynamically sure you need calories for energy, but most often most people have enough of that in wealthy countries. 

If we have fat on our bodies, we are not starving. 

Our body is usually hungry for nutritional needs, so it's worth paying double and eating half as much as most people people eat, who are buying on the cheap, for calories, and amount, thinking they are getting more, rather than selecting food for quality and nutritional value. Paying extra for quality food is usually more ethical too, because workers typically are paid more and typically it's not environmentally destructive----especially if it's vegan (minus a few crops that are destructive, but animals agriculture is very----very destructive to the planet).  Vegan is the most net efficient and we are naturally equipped genetically as humans to be vegan. So go vegan without worry! Regardless of all the hysterical misconceptions against veganism.

Veganism is the way to go if you are concerned about health, it's the first step. If you want the full effect, get the abnormal chemicals out of the diet and toxic foods that are often found in a meat and dairy diet or cheap GMO foods made by manufactures that don't have very high ethics or regards for health. Their primary emphasis is high yield--not quality. 

Go: organic---vegan---non-GMO, and eat those greens! Eat for quality!
And remember: eating less with emphasis on quality is almost always more because of the true nutritional content.

Automated Trading System Trade Competition

This is a competition and it is also a business, because I can make money off of signals. It is ongoing, unless the account bust---otherwise, I'm in the game. It's not likely to happen unless I get too aggressive, but it's not part of my plan. Some people don't understand that you have to have patience.

So my demo trading account was negative, but apparently my follower didn't have faith---so he/she unfollowed me! 

They didn't think I could pull out of it apparently.. I still have a big negative trade running, but the account is back in the positive after 3 wins. My system is automated and I just manage the patterns so to speak. I don't tell people how this is done for obvious reasons. The 3 trades made a lot of pips.. But they unfollowed me, because, like most, they think I don't know what I'm doing.. 

 Admittedly this trade took longer than I would have liked it to but nonetheless faith worked.. I know how to read these patterns and there are a lot of whipsaws in between.. There's never a way to pick the perfect top or bottom. It just doesn't happen, but people think this is possible to predict. This trade was off but it still worked out. Who is going to argue with all positive pips?

Eliminating Racism Will Not Be Achieved By Forming Racial Circles



If you want to actually live in equality---You have to identify as a human and demand true equality for all humans.

Step out of your racial circle---if you really want to fight racism.



Do you want to fight racism or enforce it?

Enforcing racial circles of preference is the same as Nationalism that Hitler established in Nazi Germany.  If that's what you want, it leads to destruction, war, and other abuses---which includes the destruction of your natural personality as a human for one that is predefined by your circle and how others are taught to see you by demanding racial respect. It's basically primitive advanced tribalism, which is racist.  Hitler used a lot of ancient tribal symbols of The Vikings to form his core racial beliefs. His soldiers wore the white power circle along with the swastika in the middle. It probably represented something like the expansion of whites while destroying everything else or making them into servants based on racial classifications---hence the master race. But not all white colored people believed this and many good people who were white died to stop it. Many could have even joined his ranks, but chose to the courageous step and took a leap of faith to fight for freedom and ethics. 

Going back in history you can find instances of all people exercising very extreme racism. To evolve into the future we have to do something different!

Do you believe in true equality? Lets challenge the mindset of how people think. Here it is 2018 and people are still talking about race everyday and identifying as one race or another. It's almost like insanity and a disease. It truly disgust me that we are still bound to this haunting plague that humans won't let go and will reinforce in the name of supposedly fighting it but further creating hierarchy based on color or other form of identity rather than breaking free in a form of true empowerment and equality.

The truth of the matter is it is people making demands. It would be great if the real objective was equality for all----that's what I would like to see personally. People have needs, and demands are great--- if they are for ethical reasons and not selfish one's----discriminate reasons. 

It's why people like me believe in veganism and The Venus Project, which is a domestic economy not based on money, and all people are treated as equals.  There are specialist, but the prime emphasis is building a society of equality where people divide the wealth equally and all are provided for. It was inspired by a documentary called Future By Design.  Veganism is about having rights for animals and ending exploitation--although there's a good percentage that are only concerned about their own health and don't really care about 4-legged animals, unless they own them as a pet.

Are we only looking at 'who owns' who to 'possess' one another for unfair exploitation? Or do we want true equality?

When I go out in public I see poor people (white, black, brown, red, yellow, etc--etc) buying products not based on ethics, but based on what they can buy cheaply.. This does not help slavery conditions---it reinforces it. Black children half-nude in threads as clothing are chopping down chocolate for people's individual selfish demands to big corporations, because the consumer wants that item---and they don't care how they get it---they care how much it cost them.

Yes, I like you, like chocolate, but I put a little more thought into the product before I put my money down---  like if animals were harmed, how much the employee was paid, what conditions do they work in, is it harmful to the environment, just how ethical is it overall, and is it really healthy for me?  I don't just think about taste or how much I can get for this many pennies. It's a demand and demands can be very unethical if you don't put a thought process into it that is larger than your paper money. Eating animals and exploiting them for milk is slavery, torture, and murder.. Let's talk ethically without the BS labeling system.  We should be more evolved in this age of technology and supposed consciousness. 

When people refer to people as 'white people' and make an accusation, that alone does not help racism, because it is racist and not all 'white people' are like that.. We are all humans.. I'm personally not responsible for anyone before me because I'm a sole identity. If I were very rich I would be happy to share it indiscriminately on a system of justice for all, including animals---but I'm not and shouldn't be haunted for it. Especially considering my core beliefs don't represent racism. 

I do agree there's people who identify as white and are highly racist and they form discriminatory circles.. but this is also a problem with all colors.. I'm not excusing racist who identify as white---- just making a point, if you want to evolve you have to lose the ---Us verses Them Mentality--- that is what racism is. Step outside of your racial box and mix indiscriminately based on personality of people you can identify with through their personality.. Metaphysically I'm an educated spirit and my physical color shouldn't matter to you.

You have to ask yourself what is really being achieved by forming more racial circles or empowering existing ones.  If you want to be like rich white people---mix with them. Is being rich the goal or is being equal?  Is personality the true emphasis here?  Is equality the true emphasis when forming circles that are given an advantage over another..

There's lots of poor people on the planet.. The only way we win is by changing our traditional beliefs, which are destructive..

If you want to help a black person as a white person, don't treat them as a black person----treat them as a person! 

Believe in other people regardless of color and the powers of our universe..

We need to stop identifying----it is childish!

US Traders Are Severely Punished And Not Allowed To Compete With The World

I have a system that is a very profitable automated trading system. I designed it using a programming language and through trading experience. I learned technical analysis and employed it into an automated system.  It works, that is if I'm allowed to compete with the rest of the world.  But I'm an American citizen----which seems to be a crime these days.

Because of American restrictions in leverage and other regulations; I'm not allowed to compete with the rest of the world as a small trader.

As a result if I were to trade these markets with a live US account, my system would not survive because of the leverage rules that American traders have to abide by. If I wanted to trade these markets with a competitive leverage I would have to leave the country. Most countries don't have such restrictions.  The US is limited to 50:1 leverage. Some countries have 1000:1 leverage.  Most are at least 200:1, which gives them a 4:1 advantage over American traders.  Many are 400:1 or greater.  400:1 is a 8:1 advantage to a trader that knows what they are doing.

It is essential to have the required leverage to trade because of market volatility.  It's essential if you are a small trader. The giant banks have no problem since they have massive amounts of money to trade with.. People think leverage is for the big banks, but if small traders are not allowed to have access to this, there's not a level playing field.  Many banks are multi-national so it basically hurts small independent people the most.  Small US traders are restricted to going offshore---I can only trade demo accounts and not compete with real money.

I can't trade live and compete, even though I have the knowledge to be very successful.  I have to trade a demo account from another country and sell my signals to foreign traders who can trade with much greater leverage than the 50-1 that US traders are restricted to. US traders are also restricted to working in and out of a pattern, because if you open more than one trade you have to sell the original trade first unless it is a smaller position.  So you are also very limited that way and have to take all that into consideration with leverage, lots, and so forth. You are punished in every way being an independent businessperson.

These last 3 trade are an example of what I'm talking about:
My system automatically traded this 3 trades and made a good profit.. Problem is if I had a small account of say 1,000 I would be kicked out of the trade because of the drawdown and not being able to trade the leverage that the rest of the world is allowed to trade with.

Instead of a winning trade, an American small trader would be forced to close the position because of margin requirement and it would actually be a loss while the market is fluctuating.

The patterns work that way.. There's no way to pick the exact top or bottom.. My system can get in every time but there has to be a fair enough chance to work within the volatility of the market which happens at turning points and I repeat there's no way to pick the exact top or bottom.. Non-American traders around the world can benefit from market turning points and make money even if they are of a small account size and work their way to riches.

The US claims to be the land of opportunity, but it is clearly false when you talk about being able to do business, inequality between rich and poor, healthcare, justice, and reality.

This is a complete misconception about low calorie vegetables.

You need to learn a lot about nutrition apparently if you think lettuce has no value. We are not machines that just eat for energy. Our objective to eat, is more complicated than most understand. Phytochemicals as Healing Dietary Components in Combating Chronic Disease


What seems to be the big secrete in food is food color, which is devoid in the typical American Diet. But it doesn't have to be that way...  You can choose to eat for color by choosing vegan foods. Foods that have essential energies from the sun, that are transformed by these 'higher frequency foods' that provide a direct link to health.  We are looking for foods that have natural colors (not died).

Each food color has a meaning as to what nutritional value it can provide beyond just calories, carbs, proteins, or fats---basic energy types.. There's a time to think about eating for calories, but most of the time it's not the calories that we need to worry about, but the food color and what those colors really mean.
